Courgette And Potato Baby Puree For Under £1

This made us 14 baby portions!


  • Knob of butter
  • 2 Courgettes chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Large Potatoes chopped
  • 1 Handful of peas
  • 500ml Water
  • 1 Chicken stock cube


PhotoGrid_1434027315065Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions for a couple of minutes, until soft. Add the courgettes, potatoes and peas to the pan and sauté for a further 3 minutes.

Crumble the stock cube into the pan and pour over the water. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes until the veg is soft.

Leave to cool slightly then blend the mixture. Once blended, pour into freezable containers and freeze.
