KAYA Review: Mother, Son & Daughter Bracelets

I’m a big lover of dainty jewellery. Pieces that look delicate and sit so nicely on your wrist. So I was very excited to be able to work with KAYA. KAYA create the most beautiful jewellery and they’re so much more than just items to wear, they can be personalized and bought in sets which for you and your special family members.

If you browse their website you’ll probably fall in love with a piece just like I did.

Their company creates jewellery which is meaningful to babies, children & mothers. Items can be engraved with special meanings and dates and designed to suit you and your child. They can not only be used as beautiful keepsake jewellery, but also as gifts to capture those special moments such as being a bridesmaid, birthdays, christenings. Any event you can think of that you want to commemorate with a wonderful piece of jewellery you can.

All of their jewellery is made with lots of care and thought. The bracelets are made to be durable, perfect when they’re being worn by little ones. They also use high quality materials such as real freshwater pearls, shining crystals and gemstones combined with silver. When they arrive, they do so in beautiful little gift bags with a cleaning cloth included. So they’re already wrapped, perfect to give as a gift or brilliant for yourself to keep safe in its little pouch.

Our Bracelets

When deciding the bracelet I would like, it was hard to choose between the selection. Originally I was going to get a mother and daughter bracelet, something that would be sweet and special for us, Then I felt a little guilty because my son wouldn’t be included, not that he’d know. So I spotted a mother, son & daughter combination. They all matched perfectly, other than my sons bracelet is a very cool black. I would feel guilty that Mr F doesn’t have one, but he’s not the bracelet wearing type. I popped my order through and they arrived the next day which I was so pleased with.

After they arrived I put the bracelets on myself, my daughter and my son. Just to try them for size and to see how my little ones would react to wearing it. As expected my daughter was fascinated, leading to a lot of tugging and chewing. I wasn’t thrilled with her nibbling her bracelet but it stayed strong and she looked very sweet wearing it.

My son was interested at first, then took no notice of it. He wore the bracelet as casually as you or I would. He did look very cool and it’s the perfect colour to match many of his outfits.

The sizing of each of our bracelets were perfect, I had to guess slightly at the size that would suit but they each fit our wrists perfectly. They also extend, so when my little ones grow, they will still get plenty of years wear out of them before I pop them back in their pouches and keep them as sentimental memories. Perhaps I’ll even treat them to larger sizes. I’m sure my little girl would love the idea of another bracelet, but we’ll see about my son at an older age. Although I’d love for us all to still have matching bracelets, even if he didn’t wear it!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of KAYA jewellery and am so pleased to be sharing them with you. I hope you find a little something on their site that you love too! If you do, then please tweet me a pic, I’d love to see.

There is something so special about personalized jewellery and matching sets for you and your children. Although it doesn’t physically bond you any more than you’re already bonded, it’s an incredibly lovely thing to share.

I wear my bracelet everyday, but we’re saving our kiddies bracelets for special occasions, just in case. We’ve each already received compliments on them which was so lovely and I couldn’t help but point out that they were matching, although maybe that made me seem a little odd?

If you’re interested in taking a peek at KAYA then you can do so here. One last thing that I want to share is that this company has been set up by a mum of three children. I have so much admiration when I see mums flourish in business and I also love supporting them.
