You can have this smoothie naughty or nice. It’s full of all sorts of vitamins and nutrients, so easy to make and it’s the best thing to make out of older fruit instead of throwing it away! A perfect smoothie for children and adults.
- 100g Strawberries
- 2 Bananas
- 300ml Natural Yoghurt
- 50g White Chocolate (optional)
If you’re using white chocolate then first break into pieces and put into a glass bowl. Boil a pan of water and place the glass bowl over the top until all the chocolate has melted.
Chop up the fruit and whizz in the blender. Add the yoghurt and chocolate (if using) and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
This made us two tall glasses but you can add as much or as little of the fruit as you fancy, the amounts that I used are a rough guide.
